Current State 1 - Accomplishments

We're not doctors. You don't always need a doctor to improve your mindset. We start by building a foundation. Write down your accomplishments on paper or on your Note app on your phone. Start from childhood and note your achievements and what you're most proud of. Consider family, school, sports, business, charity, life events, and other personal accolades. This is important and may take a couple of sessions to complete. You've done amazing things to get to this point in your life. Take some time to celebrate them this week. We'll get into them next week.
