SNACK - Peanut Butter Protein Cups - Nate Justice

These are amazing and they taste like the real deal. I used a silicone cupcake pan to make things super simple.

Ingredients:
Almond butter or PB- 1 cup
Whey protein two scoops (more if nut butter is runny)
Chocolate chips 1.5 cups (I used Stevia Chocolate chips)
coconut oil 1 Tablespoons

Mix peanut butter filling + protein, set aside. Melt Chocolate and coconut oil together and put two tablespoons in the bottom of 12 cup silicon pan. Freeze for 10 min, make a ball of filling and flatten slightly on set chocolate. Top with more chocolate until covered- freeze for 10 more min.
