SNACK - Healthy, High Protein Cookie Dough Fudge - Rachel Vecchio
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
chocolate chips (however much you love)
Mix all ingredients but the chocolate chips together until smooth then mix in the chocolate chips! Press into silicon loaf pan or prep a loaf pan with parchment. Place in the freezer until set. Then cut into squares and ENJOY!
