SNACK - Healthy, High Protein Cookie Dough Fudge - Rachel Vecchio

1 cup peanut butter⁣
1/3 cup melted coconut oil⁣
1/3 cup maple syrup⁣
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder ⁣
1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⁣
chocolate chips (however much you love)⁣

Mix all ingredients but the chocolate chips together until smooth then mix in the chocolate chips! Press into silicon loaf pan or prep a loaf pan with parchment. Place in the freezer until set. Then cut into squares and ENJOY! ⁣
