Detox.

Let's fix the mess created by numerous holiday meals, occasional overeating, and less-than-optimal food choices!  It was fun, but now it stops.  
•    That water you started drinking last week? Kick it up to two bottles a day (36oz).  You’ll become more hydrated. Your metabolism will improve, and your energy will increase.
•    Work up a sweat through cardio, and get your heart stronger while you sweat out the toxins.
•    Take a sauna to reduce stress, further clean out your pores, improve circulation, and help regulate your sleep.
•    Weigh yourself, look at the number, and write it down somewhere.  More to come on that.
